MDP - Murder Dem Pussies, are a large street gang who
command much of west London from Acton in W3 to Hammersmith in
W6 and Shepherds Bush W12. Part of the larger collective of W12
bangers includes the older generation to MDP who are known as
MPR (Make Paper Regardless) and the younger generation FDA
(Fuck Da Authority).
MDP identify with blue (FDA brown) and are sometimes also known
as Murder Blues. The gang first hit the headlines when in its
infancy members were persistently carrying out street robberies
en route between their Ealing-Acton-Bush territory, the
reputation acquired and level of membership sustained at MDP's
peak had made it difficult for other smaller gangs in close
proximity to establish themselves and MDP were seen at one pont
as the largest gang (both in numbers and area) across west
London. The gang became infamous across London following their
involvement in the murder of schoolboy Kodjo Yenga in
2007.
In north west and west London MDP have formed loose alliances
or links with other gangs that identify with blue whilst having
serious conflict with Gritset Bloods in outer London area of
Southall - although this conflict has been spearheaded more by
the younger generation. Conflict with the Latimer Road /
Lancaster West half of Ladbroke Grove has also been on and off
for some time.
Some of the areas laid claim to by the MDP-FDA street gangs
include the South Acton Estate W3, Becklow Gardens Estate W12,
Lime Grove Estate W12, White City Estate W12 and Emlyn Gardens
Estate W12. As a general rule much of the eastern part of
Ealing, all of Shepherds Bush and parts of Hammersmith belong
to the Murder Blues.
